ALUXX SL Aluminum Frame
Lightweight aluminum frame made in Giant’s own industry-leading aluminum manufacturing facility contributes to weight reduction and a quick, agile feel
Maestro Suspension System
140mm of rear travel, powered with Liv and Giant's proven trunnion-mounted Maestro Suspension System makes Intrigue a no-compromise ride
150mm Fork
150mm of travel up front allows you to easily navigate trail obstacles and downhill terrain
Boost Hub Spacing
Boost 15x110 [F], 12X148 [R] hub spacing improves stiffness, trail handling and tire clearance
Updated Trail Geometry
Slacker head tube angle (66.5 degrees) and steeper seat tube angle (74.5 degrees), with longer top tube (580 mm for size Small) and shorter stem (40mm across all sizes), make the Intrigue suited to tackle any terrain
Tubeless
Intrigue comes tubeless out-of-the-box, so you can run lower tire pressures for added traction
Increased Tire Clearance
Run up to 2.6-inch tires for increased stability
Techs & Features
Advanced Forged Composite Technology
A state-of-the-art, high-pressure molding process used to produce complex-shaped carbon fiber components that are lighter, stiffer and stronger than similar aluminum components.
ALUXX SL Aluminum Technology
This High-Performance level, state-of-the-art aluminum material is made predominantly from 6011 alloy and delivers best-in-class strength-to-weight ratios. These framesets also feature unique welding technologies for a high-performance ride quality.
Maestro Suspension Technology
Four strategically positioned pivot points and two linkages all work together to create a single floating pivot for the most active, efficient and independent suspension system on the trail.
OverDrive
Designed to provide precise front-end steering performance, this fork steerer tube technology uses oversized headset bearings (1 1/4” lower and 1 1/8” upper for road, 1 1/2” lower and 1 1/8” upper for mountain) and tapered steerer tube work in conjunction to provide optimal steering stiffness.
PowerCore
A massively oversized bottom-bracket/chainstay area features a fully integrated, 86-millimeter wide bottom-bracket design (92-millimeterwide for off-road bikes). Asymmetric chainstays provide additional stiffness on the driveside and stability on the non-driveside.
Tubeless System
Fewer flat tires. Greater traction. Less rolling resistance and a smoother, faster ride. Giant’s Tubeless System makes it easier than ever to experience all these benefits.
